Nikki Yombo is the utilization case manager for Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC).  In addition to being the case manager, she is responsible for the supervision of the level of care RN and the entire home care department. She supervises a team of nurses and works in close coordination with providers to manage ongoing care and complex clinical situations.

Nikki earned a Master’s of Science in Management from the Chamberlain School of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. She is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and is fluent in French, English and Lingala.  She has over 20 years of combined experience as nurse, case manager, and a manager of ambulatory services.
