Reporting to the Vice President of Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC), Amy Graham is the Director of Operations for both Reseda and West Los Angeles PACE locations. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, leadership, mentoring and strategic planning, Amy provides leadership to all aspects of the PACE program including, PACE Center Management, social services, rehabilitation services, transportation services, dietary, clinic services, home care, activities and the adult day center in order to provide exceptional service to all PACE participants.

Amy is also responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing highly complex projects throughout BCSC. She ensures facilitation of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings which includes preparation, care planning, implementation and providing follow up. Additional responsibilities include team management building, performance and growth, fiscal management, and budgeting.

Amy received an MBA from the University of Phoenix, her BA in History/minor in Psychology, and a nursing degree from Laboure College in Massachusetts.
